Leo and Mikah to Deliver Live Coverage of November Apple Event

It’s been a challenging year, but Apple fans can look forward to "One More" event on November 10.

TWiT to Test Podsights Attribution Service

Soon, TWiT will begin testing the attribution service Podsights, as we set our eyes on a 2021 transition away from Chartable. We will start the test with FLOSS Weekly. If that goes according to plan, we will expand the testing to include other shows.

TWiT Launches Official Roku App

When an old app, created by a fan, stopped working last month, we heard from many of you who missed having a dedicated app for TWiT shows. So, in response to popular demand, we've released an official TWiT channel on Roku.

After a few months of testing, TWiT is now officially in partnership with Megaphone, an ad-insertion service. The service inserts pre-recorded ads into some of our podcasts to bolster ad support.

What You Can Do if You Want Our Podcasts in Lo-Fi Video Format

Earlier this year, we began to consolidate video formats so each podcast has one video feed, along with audio. If bandwidth is a concern, you can subscribe to the YouTube versions of our shows and select the video playback resolution you'd like.

Video Feeds to be Consolidated for All TWiT.tv Podcasts- UPDATED

As of July 1, 2020, we will discontinue Video LO and Video HI formats for all of our podcasts, so each podcast has a single video feed — HD — in addition to audio/MP3.

Some Things We're Doing to Protect the TWiT Team

TWiT is a small company -- we only employ 25 people at our studios -- but their health is important. So, starting Sunday, March 15, 2020, you may notice some differences in our shows as we take steps to protect ourselves from COVID-19. 

Video formats to be consolidated for two TWiT feeds

Video-LO and Video-HI formats will be discontinued for these two podcast feeds starting Friday, March 13, 2020. If you've subscribed to the feeds in those formats, you won't have to take any action. You will be automatically redirected to the HD video feed.
