NOTICE: TWiT's Eastside Studio is closed to visitors.

Sorry, but there are no exceptions. You're welcome to come and take pictures outside or find our geocache. (The geocache will be retired on August 9, 2024.)

The TWiT Eastside Studio opened on August 21, 2016 and will be closing on August 7, 2024. It is TWiT's third location, following the TWiT Brick House and TWiT Cottage. The studio is located on the "east side" of Petaluma.

Location of the TWiT Eastside Studio

The TWiT Eastside Studio, home to TWiT, is located at 1351-B Redwood Way, Petaluma, CA 94954. Here it is on Google Maps.

The drive from the Golden Gate Bridge takes 50 minutes with no traffic (other parts of San Francisco add as much as 20-30 minutes, from San Francisco International Airport add 40 minutes or more). During the rush hour from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. weekdays, allow an extra hour for the drive. There is no northbound rush hour at any other time on weekdays, but construction on Highway 101 may cause delays north of Novato at other times.

After heading north on US-101 for about 40 miles after the Golden Gate Bridge, take exit 476 for Old Redwood Highway. Turn right onto Old Redwood Highway and continue past the traffic light and IHOP to Redwood Way. Turn right then turn into the first parking lot entrance on the right.

Petaluma

Petaluma is a 150-year-old town of 60,000 people sitting 35 miles north of San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge. Petaluma sits at the foot of Sonoma County at the gateway to the wine country of Sonoma and Napa counties. We hope you enjoy Petaluma's "Main Street" charm, which has made it the perfect backdrop for a number of films, including American Graffiti, Peggy Sue Got Married, Explorers, Howard the Duck, and Basic Instinct.
