Tip: Optimize Game DVR in Windows 10

On Windows Weekly 488, Paul Thurrott shared a tip about Microsoft's game DVR optimization. In the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, Microsoft made two changes to the game DVR. It now works with certain full screen games, and it can run in the background all the time. If you don't have an epic high-end gaming card, however, this isn't going to work very well.
